Volleyball
What does it look like? What does it sound like? How does it make me feel? What skills do I need? Who do I need with me to learn the game of volleyball? How should I behave? What type of person can I become while learning the game of volleyball?
I am looking for you to make an effort to work with others whom you are not familiar with.
*Sportsmanship (Citizenship) before, during, and after competition.
How should you return a loose (errant) ball that rolls to your feet to another group? What actions should you take when a ball that we hit strikes another person accidentally? How should we handle wins and losses?
REFEREEING
*Referee team responsibilities (Line judge, R2). How should we behave when we disagree with a call that the referee makes?
Let's be mindful of the fact that you will each be given the opportunity and responsibility to referee volleyball matches during class.
